Tora Bonnier's Bonnier Building is set to redefine Downtown Columbus with its innovative blend of culinary and workspace experiences.

Spanning 9,200 square feet, the Bonnier Building will host:

Sous-Sol: A vibrant basement nightclub catering to the LGBTQ community, featuring a digital dance floor and soulful bar snacks.

The State House: Ground-floor eatery celebrating Ohio's heritage with locally sourced ingredients and signature dishes.

Xenon: Second-floor immersive space-themed restaurant offering interactive dining experiences.

The Pod: Third-floor coworking space designed for modern work needs.

Bonnier's commitment to preserving history while infusing modern functionality is evident throughout the project. Anticipated soft openings for Sous-Sol and The State House coincide with the Pride Parade in mid-June, while Xenon's launch is expected in late 2025 or early 2026.

The Bonnier Building promises not only to revive a historic site but also to foster inclusive spaces celebrating Columbus' culture and diversity. As Downtown Columbus evolves, the Bonnier Building stands as a beacon of innovation and community spirit.
